I am the creator of a foundational "4 Weeks to Wellness" program, called the Mariposa Wellness Journey, which focuses on the fundamentals of healthy eating, detoxification, managing stress and improving sleep. The Mariposa Wellness Journey is simple, accessible and sustainable, providing either a jump start to better habits or as a base for ongoing nutrition coaching. I offer the Mariposa Wellness Journey to groups small and large, both in person or via webinar.
I also offer 1:1 nutrition consulting and monthly coaching programs, where I specialize in supporting clients with complex weight issues, blood sugar regulation problems, menopause and other chronic health conditions.
Body composition analysis, recipe plans and supplement recommendations are always available for clients.
In both my 1:1 nutrition coaching and group classes, participants are encouraged to measure progress in body composition change through my SC-240 Body Composition Analyzer. This amazing tool helps us to understand your unique metabolic story and what is happening beneath the "number on the scale."
I am also available for speaking engagements on topics such as stress, managing energy, detoxification, menopause, blood sugar regulation, and grief.
